There was a series transmitted sometime in the late nineties, I can't remember what channel it was on. It was about a crew of people who would repair/reconstruct old stuff. Each of them had a specialty, electrical, mechanical etc. The first programme I saw had them rebuild a traction engine. They had to build a boiler for it from scratch, rolling the boiler and hot riveting the whole thing together. Pretty sweet industrial revolution elbow grease. Yeah.
I'd love to see it again, but I haven't had any luck finding the name of the series.
