I used to be. But it's no surprise that a California senator would be lobbied by the entertainment industry. The entertainment industry is trying desperately to hold on to an archaic business model in a digital age. And I say this as someone who plans to work in said industry. The studios (like the government) are full of the old guard, who only see profit losses from refusing to adapt, and instead punish the consumer, the very people they should be trying to appease.

In addition to supporting SOPA and PIPA, she also supported the NDAA. And THAT is something I'm much more troubled about, since NO ONE has brought that up!
