I am getting the hang of this beer making lark!
I got Brew no.3 in to the fermentation bucket this morning.
This beer is a Milestone's Lion's Pride and there is 40 pints of this (hopefully!) lovely copper coloured ale bubbling away, ready for my beer belly in a few weeks time 
ABV 3.8%. Well balanced Light & refreshing.
Stirring the malt extract with hot water...mmm lovely aroma
Pitching the yeast
