I fail to see the humour in this...
Maybe I've been hanging out with Mohit for too long.
It's not so much funny as it is clever. It depicts three cats (I'm assuming) running off into an alley. A fourth straggler doesn't know which way his friends went. A man points, and the cat correctly goes into the alley where the man pointed, indicating that he understands the concept of pointing. I have read that chimpanzees, in spite of their intelligence, do not seem to understand or care when a human points. Dogs, however, do understand. Apparently so do cats.
I would've sent the cat the wrong way.

I do this mostly to dogs, cats etc
I usually point towards food, or a way out, or any other reason... Sometimes some a random bird comes flying into my home through the windows... and then it cannot find the way out, so I usually point towards the window to let it know where to out... Same with dogs and cats when I'm pointing towards food I've dropped or kept for it...
