1 cup Chickpea Flour (Besan)
2 tsp Oil

1-2 Chopped Green Chillies (Jalapeno)
1/2 cup Water

How To Make Paneer Pakora:

Mix first set of ingredients well.
Beat in a blender for 4-5 minutes to incorporate air (this will make the batter fluffier).
Let batter rest 1/2 hour in a warm place
Cut the paneer into thick cubes.
Sprinkle little salt, chili powder on the cubes
Deep fry in oil that is heated to 375°.
Drain on paper towels and serve immediately.
Serve the paneer pakora with coriander or mint chutney

I created this post, knowing / assuming that most europeans like Indian Food... Paneer Pakoras are a tasty snack dish which you can possible now make at your home! Also, the besan link I sent you is called as Besan in India, and on wiki page it's also referred to as Chickpea Flour, or Gram Flour. With this you can create any kind of snacks... boiled egg pakora, chicken nuggets pakora, mushroom pakora, baby corn pakora, etc etc.... even Bread pakora!

Bon Appetit !

I'd do without the jalepenos myself. Poblano or Anaheim would probably work in it's place.

I also suspect that the first set of ingredients actually doesn't include the cheese. Paneer is actually a home made cheese, but either a whole curd or a carton of Ricotta chees would work well.

Ya... Paneer is a home made cheese.... don't know much about whole curd or ricotta cheese, but normally here we buy paneer from local dairy... we don't actually prepare it at home. Only Yogurt is prepared at home among all the milk products.

Also, I just checked google and found that Paneer is equivalent to Ricotta Cheese. Though I only heard about cottage cheese...
